Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The consultation is completely free, with no obligation to proceed with treatment.
Who examines me — a dentist or a consultant?
You will be examined by a qualified dentist. The dentist will assess your dental condition, discuss your concerns and explain the treatment options that may be suitable for you.
Will I get a price on the day?
In most cases, yes. After your examination, we can provide an initial treatment plan and estimated cost. The final treatment plan may depend on X-rays, scans or further clinical assessment.
Do I need X-rays?
Not necessarily. If you already have a recent panoramic X-ray or other dental scans, please bring them with you. If additional imaging is required, the dentist will explain what is needed.
What if my city is not on the list?
Contact our team and let us know your city. We regularly organise consultations in different locations and can inform you about the nearest available consultation or upcoming dates.
How long does the appointment take?
Most consultations take around 20–30 minutes. More complex cases may require a little longer so the dentist can properly assess your condition and discuss the available treatment options.
