From the very beginning until the end of my treatment, I felt genuinely cared for, supported and listened to. The whole team made what could have been a stressful experience feel comfortable and reassuring, and I could not be happier with the results. First of all, I want to give a very special thank you to my coordinator, Patricia. She is truly an incredible woman who went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for me. She looked after me every step of the way, helped resolve any issues that came up, and was always there whenever I needed her. She treated me with so much kindness, patience and understanding that it genuinely felt as though I had my best friend by my side rather than just a coordinator. No matter what time of day it was, she was always available to answer my questions, reassure me and make sure I was okay. Having someone like Patricia looking after me made such a huge difference to my whole experience. I will always be grateful for her kindness, dedication and the personal care she gave me. She is truly a credit to Perla Dental! I would also like to thank Dr Onur, who created my treatment plan and explained everything to me clearly. He took the time to discuss my options, answer my questions and advise me on what would suit me best. I really appreciated his professionalism, honesty and the way he made sure I understood the treatment and felt confident about my decisions. A huge thank you as well to Dr Ali, who carried out my dental treatment. He was incredibly gentle, caring, patient and friendly throughout the entire process. He made me feel comfortable and reassured, and I always felt that I was in good hands. One of my biggest wishes was to have teeth that looked as natural as possible. This was extremely important to me, and Dr Ali truly listened to what I wanted. He understood my expectations and delivered exactly the result I had hoped for — 100% what I wanted! I am absolutely delighted with my new smile. The teeth look beautiful and natural, and they suit me perfectly. I could not have asked for a better result! What made this experience so special was not only the final result, but also the way I was treated throughout the entire journey. I never felt like just another patient. I felt that my concerns mattered, that my wishes were taken seriously, and that the entire team genuinely cared about my comfort and happiness. Travelling abroad for dental treatment is a big decision, but choosing Perla Dental was absolutely the right choice for me. Но за 2 приёма мы удалили ему молочные зубы. Невероятное количество терпения, понимая и упорство, проявили врачи. Я очень благодарна. Доктор Айлин - которая справилась с моим капризным мальчиком. I had wisdom tooth extraction and implant crown replaced. Everything from contacting the clinic, setting up appointment, the actual appointment and the procedures were made very clear and easy. If I had any queries, the clinic would reply promptly as well. The communication was always very good, fast and they explained to me properly.
